A few useful answers

Before
we talk.

Who is this for?

Charities, mosques and Muslim organisations preparing a Ramadan fundraising campaign. The engagement is typically suited to organisations planning £30,000 or more in media spend, with a named person who can coordinate access and approvals.

How does the £3,000 minimum work?

Campaign management costs 10% of managed media spend, subject to a £3,000 minimum engagement. For £20,000 of media spend, the management fee is £3,000. For £50,000, it is £5,000. Media spend is paid separately. Your proposal sets out the final scope and engagement dates.

Are creative, web and tracking included?

The management fee covers the agreed media plan, campaign setup, optimisation and reporting. Additional creative production, landing pages, web development and tracking implementation are scoped separately. We can work alongside your existing team and suppliers.

What happens in the readiness review?

We discuss your fundraising goals, planned media budget, current channels and campaign gaps. We identify the priorities to resolve before launch and agree sensible next steps. The 30-minute conversation is complimentary.

When should we start planning?

Start while there is time to make useful changes. Our indicative schedule is to review and plan in September–October, prepare in November–December and test in January. We adapt the preparation and engagement dates to your organisation.

What should we bring to the call?

Your fundraising goals, planned media budget, current channels and any past campaign results. It helps to know who approves budgets and creative, and which team or agency currently manages your ads. You do not need a finished brief.

How do we work together during Ramadan?

We agree responsibilities, reporting cadence, decision owners and coverage before launch. Final-ten-nights preparation includes budget pacing, approved creative alternatives and clear escalation. Specific turnaround commitments form part of the agreed campaign scope.
